About Counselling

I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, we’re here to help. Being able to talk through your thoughts and feelings at your own pace can make you feel lighter and bring clarity for any challenges you may be facing.

Support The Way You Want It

Support doesn’t have to look like the usual setup - it can be flexible, creative, and shaped around what feels right for you.

01

1-2-1 Counselling

I offer 1-to-1 face-to-face counselling in a comfortable, private room based in Liverpool. It is a calm, confidential space where you can take time out from the noise of everyday life and focus on yourself. Whether you are working through something specific or simply need space to talk and be heard, this setting offers a safe environment to begin that journey.

03

Walk & Talk Counselling

I offer Walk & Talk therapy because I spend alot of time outdoors, and know how nature has a powerful way of supporting our wellbeing. Whether it’s a gentle walk or simply sitting on a park bench, being outdoors can help you feel more at ease and open up more naturally. It’s a calming, grounded alternative to the therapy room - and it really works!

02

 Phone or Video Call Counselling

If you prefer the comfort of your own space, I also offer counselling via phone or video call. This option gives you flexibility and accessibility, whether you're at home, on a break, or just find it easier to talk remotely. It’s still a fully supportive and confidential space - just with the added ease of meeting wherever feels right for you.

Gallery Based Counselling

As someone who loves creativity and art, I also offer the option of meeting in an art gallery or exhibition for our sessions. For some people, sitting face-to-face can feel a bit intense - but walking through a gallery and exploring art together can create a more relaxed, reflective space to talk. It’s a gentle, sensory way to ease into therapy while still doing the deeper work.

05

Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for both trainee and qualified counsellors, providing a safe, reflective space for professionals to process client work, explore ethical challenges, and to develop personally and professionally. Click here for more information.

Fees & Payments

We’re completely transparent with our pricing, so you know exactly what to expect from the start. An initial 15–20 minute consultation is free - it’s a chance to explore whether we’re a good fit and how we might work together.

If you decide to go ahead with support, session fees are as follows:

Full Fee: £55 per hour
Concessions: £30 per hour

eg. Students, pensioners or those receiving benefits (proof is necessary)

Payment can be made by bank transfer at the end of the session. If this is not suitable, alternative methods can be discussed on a case by case basis.

In the event that a private health care plan or company is being used to fund your treatment, therapy will not commence until approval in writing has been received. This can be via letter or email.

If agreed payments for therapy are not being met, then I reserve the right to terminate therapy.
